Training at Temple
Temple Fitness offers various modes of training that will match your needs.
This is included as part of your membership. Our classes are for everyone, kids, seniors (60+), Boxing Fitness, Zumba, HIIT & Strength. We cover everything.
Work with a coach
If you have a specific goal or want to work on your skills, having a coach is the best way to go.
Work with Friends
Work in a team with a Coach. Everyone works together, but on their own program. The most cost effective way to have a coach. The program is 3 days per week in groups of up to 5 or 6.
