Junior Fitness

Our Junior Fitness classes are designed for ages up to 14 and run Monday to Friday at 3:30-4:15 pm. Your child will learn:

    • How to safely use all gym equipment, setting them up for a lifetime of strength building,
    • Nutrition for now and the rest of their life,
    • How their different energy systems work, and how they affect the bodyup

What will my child do in the class?

Each class will be different, we understand that kids get bored very quickly if they do the same thing all the time. Through the week, they will partake in:

      • Stretching,
      • Yoga,
      • Strength & Conditioning,
      • Cardio,
      • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT),
      • Boxing Fitness (Non-contact), and
      • Nutrition.
