Reformer Pilates is superior to mat based Pilates as the repertoire of exercises available is greatly increased providing far more variety. The exercises usually work muscles through a large range of motion which is ideal for building and toning muscles as well increasing stability through the joints. Reformer Pilates works more areas than matwork as matwork is mostly core whereas reformer works the entire body and more the peripheral muscles of the arms and legs – 45 Min

This class is recommended after you have completed your hospital or physio based Therapy Sessions. Medical clearance is a must before you start. – 1 Hr

This class is especially designed for those that are new to Gym workouts or have been away for a long time. The format starts with guided stretching that focuses on your primary muscle groups. After stretching, we move on to learning how the pin weighted equipment works during a circuit class. You will learn about Sets, Reps, muscle groups and other handy to know bits. As you progress, you will learn more. – 45 min

This is the ideal class to finish off your long week. We take you on a journey using Static, Dynamic stretches mixed with Yoga poses to relax your body. As we progress and develop our stretching ability, we will add PNF stretching (with a partner) and Foam Rolling to your repertoire. – 45 min

This is the big brother of MetaFit. It’s a metabolic resistance workout that incorporates Sandbags, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes alongside Bodyweight exercises to torch your body fat and smash those calories. 30 Min
