Yes, but we need 30 Days notice. Just send an email to stop@templefitness with your details and why you want to cancel. This is so we have a record and if you are leaving because of something we have done, we want to know so we can fix it.

We just need to see your ID to qualify.

We have a special class/group called Fitizens. This is run twice a week and the classes are designed for people aged 60-100+.

We are also building special classes for people going through Rehab for various reasons. This will help to safely build your Cardio, Respiratory and muscular strength under supervision.
